Dear all,

From some of sources, i have heared that Institue has now passed the circulars regarding chenges in the passing marks limit for subjct from 40 Marks to 50 marks and EXemption limit from 60 to 70.

However, the Institue has been now deciding from when this Rule has to be apllied. ( Decision may be in the next month)

So, students of the next generation from May-2010, Be Ready for this Definite CHANGE of the Institute &  perpare ur self  for passing these exams.

Any contradiction on  this, plz comment.... Whether it is true or some romours?????

Please dont believe on such rumours till any offical announcement is made by ICAI. There is no such decision taken by ICAI nor such thing is going to get implemented next month.

From What Sources do u get such rumours man...??

I think u should not spread this before any official announcement, let ICAI itself issue a notification regarding all this, till that try to avoid this all..

"I know, its not for those who are going for november attempt this time, but they could be moved by such news or such rumours and thier final preparations of this last week will also be affected.. So better to avoid such things..."

Dear All,

I had this info yesterday and i was looking forward for some one in CA Club to take it up whether it is a rumor or definite plans of CA Institute I dont Know the way the things going on like implementation of IFRS,Change in exam pattern makes me to think whether this also becomes true.please let others give their views on the same

Well we on Caclub everyday come across such news....What to comment on this.....It is a rumour and it is spreading like a wild fire..... There is no official announcement yet.....

What r u saying SIVARAM...

Yaar vaat lag jayegi apni..

I mean, as such the exams were made tougher, now if they implement this also, then we will be screwed bro.. Its really unfair to the students...

Everyone knows that how tough C.A already is, then making it worst from worse is not at all correct.. Shit Shit Shit...

Dont worry Dhiraj be positive as this can never happen...

These are only rumours....

And if it at all happens then yes it will be unfair.......

Mr Dhiraj/Poonam

IS CA Institute  planning  to bring standards in line with CFAwith regard to pass mark ?

"DON'T WORRY".....

wHAT Do U MEAN????????

Yaar, everything will change..

I mean, the passing percentage, perception towards this course, all the things...

And i don't bother if this is applied after my FINALS... Let me just finsish off, fir jo changes karne hai karo, i don;t mind...

Anyways, i know, can't do anything, if its a rumour then too and a fact than also....

Sivaram

Anyways the competition is itself getting tougher day by day...

Nothing can be predicted abt wat steps ICAI gonna take...

Hope whatever decision ICAI takes-must be in line with our better careers....

U are rite Dhiraj

Hamare finals ke bad jo bhi karna hai karo....Let us all clear first.....hahaha

well said poonam and dhiraj  on the same

Hope whatever decision ICAI takes-must be in line with our better careers.... Good Comment

Theres not any official announcement redng this, checked out instt site too. nd  if this happens than it wud b vry unfair to us.

A small comment I would like to add  when I studied Organisation and Management on Communication about Grape Vine which means Rumors spread Faster than air. Wow whether rumor or Truth students nowadays are sharp they spread news about our CA Institute  Movements faster than air

Cheers to all   in CA CLUB

Its not like that SIVARAM.....

I mean, v r not disucssing all this to just pass the time, but genuinly concerned about this as i'm yet to go with my FINALS.... and if this ammendment is approved,, that will make a VERY HUGE difference for me, while studying, prepartions, exams...

And as such, the issuer of this post stated that ICAI may declare all this in next month, i mean they too r waiting for NOV. ATTEMPT TO FINISH,, will blast thereafter....
