i have passed both group of ipcc this may, but i have not received my ipcc passing certificate till now, plz tell me in how many days should i receive this or to whom i may complain ?

Those who have not yet received their marksheet and the passing certificate can send an written application with full details of the month and year of passing, name, registration no. and complete address for communication on the following application:-
