You need to pay 1500 Rs to Inst for conversion from PE II to IPCC. Once you get the letter you can continue the CA course. You need not write the 2 Group once again since you have already passed. You will get exemption in IPCC paperwise and not Groupwise. As per the existing IPCC. You need to take up the exam of Accounting, Law Ethics and Communication, Auditing and Assurance and Advanced Accounting.

You are exempeted from Costing and FM, Income Tax, Info Tech and Strategic Mgt.

If you have already completed OTT then you need not do it again, In case if you have not done that once you complete IPCC you can go for OTT before joining Articleship.
