I only know Pdf independently is unsupported , if u send it via mail it gets automatically converted into kindle friendly format automatically by themselves.
Please enlighten me what process u followed or how u made it work.
pdf is supported. transfer with usb cable or in case you want to email, dont put convert in the subject line
