Pass only 3 paper to have ICAEW degree !!!

Hi! Im a chartered accountant with 2+ years of job experiance. I'm planning to take ICAEW case study paper.

Can anyone tell me the level of difficulty and the time required for preparation?

I want to take the exam in November 2009.

what is the fee structure for this and also the scope of the case studies
