In PAS-3 form there is one point, point no.8 is Debt structure of Company after allotment of securities... what is to be written in that? becouse one side it is written secured loan and in that column only the heading is total no. of securities?? I am not getting what exactly is to be written??

In Secured Loan: Secured Loan Amount as on the date of Allotment..
In Others: Any other debt amount.
Hi Ekta,
the debt structure is after taking into account the allotment done..as per my understanding, just as we write total share capial after including the proposed allotment, the same is for the debt structure.....if you are alloting debentures, write the same in the debentures column together with previous debentures issued if any..
