i have one query related whether party comes under gta or not.
My client hires 20 trucks from gta and gives 15 trucks on rent and rest of the 5 trucks transporting goods by road and consignment note issued by my party on behalf of goods transported by these 5 trucks. these 5 truck work on 2 shifts. on 1st shift these 5 trucks transport goods and on 2nd shift these same 5 trucks given on rent.
whether he is comes under gta or not?
