we paid cheque to party towards purchase and meterial received but bill not received and party is not ready to give bill.
which type i do party account Nil.

you can nullify this entry by booking purchase in books of acconts only
You are under obligation to receive bill other wise how will you prove that it was your purchase eligible to claim as expenditure.
but if you have a transport GR than to some extant you may prove the same.
