Please Guide me, I want make a partnership firm of my parents, can I prepare partnership deed and get it register as partnership firm by myself. Is it legally require to hire services of professional person for creation of Partnership firm like in case of Company and LLP, where CS or CA is require for attestation of Documents and forms.
