Partnership query

Agreement deeds 950 views 2 replies

Hi

I need a clarification that when two major partners make a partnership deed and start a firm then can still their father(who is not a partner) can sign the bank statements and cheques related to firm? If he can then is it enough if they give power to him in Partnership deed or they should execute a separate deed

It will depend upon the type of account. if the account is removed on the firms name then only partners can access the accounts.

thanks a lot for your reply
