Section 14 of the Partnership Act, which governs the rules regarding Partnership property. It specifies that subject to the agreement between the partners, the property of the firm includes all property, rights, and interests in property originally brought into the stock of the firm, or acquired for the firm or in the course of the business of the firm, as well as the goodwill of the business.
