actually the partners capital is Rs.10,00,000/-.(so far 100000 has been incurred and within 2 months 900000 are expected to be incurred) stamp duty is 5000/- (in maharashtra)  to save stamp duty can i show capital as rs.100000 and get the firm registered. on 100000 capital stamp duty is Rs.1000/-.

remaining 900000 can be shown as

1.additional capital introduced or

2.loan from partner.

is my planning proper. do  stamp duty payment is required on additional capital introduced by the partner ?

Yes your planning is sound - you can go ahead

ALthough your line of thinking is correct, it is really sad to note that the partners talking a WORTH of 10 lakh capital want to resort to save INR 4000. i.e. 0.4% Risk reward ratio is ADVERSE. For a savings of INR 4000, need not put 10 L at stake.
