I have one partnership firm working for online business. I have started company with partner name A and B. Now we are going to admit new partner called C. We have already obtained PAN card for partnership with partner name A and B. if now we remove partner A from partnership, we should apply for change partner in PAN Card ?

No. There is no need to do anything with regard to PAN card.
