Dear Reader,
There a new Partnership firm (deed signed during last year december). Can i file returns for it, while the company doens't have a PAN card.
The PAN card application is just filed this month, however I need clarity, if we can still file returns.
CHECK WITH YOUR APPLICATION NUMBER ONLINE, WITH UTISL OR NSDL AS THE CASE MAYBE, AND ONCE THE PAN IS ALLOTED, YOU CAN FILE THE RETURN.
if you dont have PAN then you can not file return
INCOMETAX RETURN WITHOUT PAN NUMBER IS NOT A VALID RETURN
