I have a query on holding and subsidiary relationships!
My question is- can a partnership firm be a subsidiary/one in group of a private limited company?
The case is that the director of a company is a partner of a firm. So will there be holding-subsidiary relationship between these entities. what if he is a director of 2 or more companies and a partner in two or more firms.
