Partnership firm and partner taxation

292 views 3 replies
Suppose during the FY a firm sells a land to 3rd party and during the same year the firm dissolves
What Tax consequences will be attracted on both the firm and the partners at time of sale of land and at time of dissolution ?
If capital gain Tax is paid by the firm on sale of land then will it again be taxable in hands of partner when the dissolution takes place?
