Firm is must for filing every Finacial year.... Also Partnership firm under Tax audit from AY 2017-18. No more escape for ITR filing on or before 30th September...
Partners can be file end of date of filing...
If firm is liable for audit than last date of filling the return is 31st oct 17 for FY 16-17
