A partnership firm having 3 partners, now one partner wants to quit from the partnership firm. now pls tell whether the other partners need to take any affadifivit from the retiring partners or in case he is not ready to give any affadivit or notice for his retirment what are the consequence. what procedure other partners should take so theywill not face any problem in future??
one thing partnership firm is not registered . and when new partnership deed will be made between remaining partners and pls give the format also
