obviously. you neednot posses any degree or qualification to be a partner.
but as in partnership of CA firm all partners are requires to be CA, so achitecture business is also a professional business so .....
any1can be partner in ca firm but if he is not ca he cannot sign, thats all. he can work as outsourcing or anything else
