Partnership deed format where one out of three partners will continue the business

Firm of Partners is registered with three partners since 2012

Two of the partners want to retire/ disassociate from business

The third partner who is whole-time partner in the firm will continue/succeed the firm business. 

Need format of format of partnership deed which is in compliance in rules and conditions of the institute
