which partnership deed is vaild under law i.e of year 1984 or 2012

latest amended p'ship deed is valid in law I.e. 2012.
there's no limitation for p'ship deed in force. once it's drafted and registered with rof it becomes permanent unless there's any chance in the Constitution of the firm
