Also it will be very helpful if anyone can give suggestions about formalities to be done in case there in death of one of a partner and admission of spouse of deceased partner.
Do dissolution deed has to be made?
Do reconstitution deed for admission of spouse of deceased partner has to be made?

Is this really just valid for a firm with more than 2 partners? And if the firm is of only 2 partners and one partner dies then automatically the firm dissolves? Is it not possible to add the wife of the deceased partner to be added as a new partner to keep the firm running?
