I have a query regarding partnership deed. If all the partners are based in Hyderabad and the registered office of the partnership is in Maharashtra, then stamp duty on the deed is to be paid in which state? Telangana or Maharashtra. Further, if we want to register the partnership firm, we will have to go to Registrar of Firms in Maharashtra or Telangana? Thank you in advance.
