hello

pls. suggest me of how many rs. stamp paper is required for making new partnership deed or instead of stamp paper franking is valid ??

also make me available format in gujarati

value of stamd paper depend uopn ur patnership capital introduce by patners 

and at the time of regestering the firm it will check (valude of stamp duty )

rs. 500 stamp is required.

Dear all

Stamp duty is state subject. So it varies from state to state.
