if you are registered in GST then you have to cancel your registration and take another registration for proprietorship business

for income tax you have to surrender your pan to you jurisdictional Assessing Officer because he has the sole right to close your pan
ok sir now he can surrender PAN No to IT DEPOT after that he can trf partnership assets to his individual n add activity in his GST correct ah sir pls advice
for died partner his share will be transferred to his legal heir and for other partner he can use his share in his proprietary business
