i want to know that whether partnership deed executed before the franking date(stamp). in that case partnership deed is valid or not and that work has been done what is the processor for rectification

- i am 100%sure
in that case execution date is 01/05/2012 and franking date 04/05/2012 so deed is valid from 04/05/2012 and no need for execute a new deed in a fresh stamp paper
pls reply as soon as possible because bank not accepted the deed for the purpose of current bank A/c
