what r the legal requirements which partners have to fulfil, if partners want to change the partnership agreement between them.???????????????
for example change in partner's profit sharing ratio etc

can u plz tell me from which date r the changes effective in the partnership deed????????
It will come into effect from the date of such change entered in the agreement. Registration is not compulsory. An ammendment to the exsistting deed is enough.
