ABC Enterprises is a partnership firm engaged into manufacturing activity.
They are starting a new unit II under the same name to produce an new product.
A new partner D need is to be added but only for Unit II
Is this possible..? how?

Yes its possible but make changes in your partnership deed.
no, you cannot make like that. if your intention is to not enter that new partner into the existing business then you and your existing partner and the new one should make a separate partnership firm for that second unit separately
Sir, can't make a new entity. it has to be under the same name etc. please suggest a way out
