Is there any option for amend the constitution of business from partner ship to proprietor concern.
Pls process

No, because GSTIN is PAN based. If the constitution of the business changes from partnership to proprietorship, then PAN will also change.

So, it is not possible to amend the registration.

Hence, you have to surrender the partnership GSTIN and apply for a new GSTIN for the proprietary concern.

Sir, gst number having with proprietor pan number ( migrated from VAT) , so I want to change from partner to proprietor and delete the partner (wife) data. So is it possible to change ?, and is it correct process?. Clarify. Thank you.

No not possible to change from partnership to proprietor ship although migrated from VAt to GSt ...., GST is PAN based indirect tax structured... @ deepak gupta is right...
