Mr "A" is a contractor havng 35 years of experiance in the repective field. He now wants to convert the existing Sole Proprietorship Firm into a Partnership Firm consisting himself and his two son. Undoubtly this new Firm shall be a seprate entitiy from the existing firm. It shall have new PAN, GST Number, BAnk A/c and so on...Now, my question is what will be the experiance of this Partnership Firm? Zero or 35 Years.
