Partner Resignation in LLP

Hi,

There are 5 Partners in LLP.

4 of them have taken Personal Loan from Bank for Firm business.Last Partner want to resign.

What is the impact of Loan to Firm by Partner.Whether outgoing Partner needs to pay it.

Llp can take loan in its own name , other partners are not responsible for personal loan taken by one or few of them .. outgoing partner is not liable for loan taken by other partners
