partly satisfaction of charge

Dear Friends,

My client(a pvt ltd co.) has taken a loan by mortaging six properties & the charge on them is registered with ROC....I want to know that if we have released one property out of six from bank by repayment of some loan amount, can the charge that we have regd jointly on all six properties be satisfied partly by filing form-17 or the charge cannot be partly satisfied....
