Part Timer Salary

Hi All,

I worked in firm where we have a part-time worker who came for 4 to 5 hours for work. His work is to scan documents. We pay him as per hourly hour which is already agreed him. In a month he earned around 15k to question is that does his earning will record in our staff salary and allowance account or we have to create separate account for this type of expenses. Please educate.
