Earlier I held Full Time COP. Now,I have joined one of the Practicing CA firm as a Part Time employment. So, now i am in a Part time Practice.
So, I want to know whether I am eligible to do any attest function and Train Article assistant under me.
Kindly give the guidance whether i am eligible to sign Tax Audit Reports u/s. 44AB.
