I have a query about part payment of the charge.
In our case the Company has taken consortitum finance worth100 crores, wherein SBI is the lead Banker. Now the Company wants to satisfy charge worth20 crores taken from IDBI Banl\k Ltd, one of the bank among consortium banks.
Kindly correct me:We have to file form 8 for modification of charge, asying we are reducing the amount by charge, by attaching consents of all the bankers under consortium.
Is there ay other thing that we have to follow, in order to get the chargeamount reduced from100 crores to80 crores.
