During transit , can we sell this material to company C,10 tons and company D, 15 tons respectively which are like 250 km apart?

No I think it's not possible as E way bill is prepared as per goods delivered between A of Mumbai to B of Kerala
You can do so but you have to mention details of C&D in eway bill shipping details column. In billing details,B details is to be shown.
