Part Sale at notified date i.e.1.7.2017
In case of large machine manufacturers, they have raised invoice in full at the time of first consignment before GST and accordingly paid excise and VAT. Now after GST when part of machine out of that ia supplied then whether GST would applied on such transaction? what about taxes already paid?
