Part b of form 16

Hi all,

I have some queries regarding generation of form 16 part B.

1. I have uploaded 24q return for 4th qtr with all employee details in annexure II but i cannot generate form 16 for those employees whose salary income is not taxable.

2. Is it possible to generate part B of form 16 from traces or it can be generated externally?
