Is paper 6 of CA final new syllabus elective paper is an open book exam?

I think CA NEERAJ ARORA SIR has uploaded a small video regarding it .

Kindly search on Google - CA Neeraj Arora Video On CA FINAL Open Book Exam "

In any caae whether its open book or not ,Conceptual Clarity / Understanding would be the key to pass this paper with good marks.

I am eagerly waiting to give this exam
