My wife having PAN CARD WITH NAME SUSHILA PRAKASH whereas in bank my name is SUSHILA RANI. Whether Pan card with name Sushila Prakash is acceptable whereas other details are same.

I suggest whatever name is there on voter if, dl, passport, aadhar, should be same in pan and bank account....decide accordingly.....u hv option of changing name on pan card by applying pan correction form

Since the name is different in PAN and Bank A/c, so i would like to suggest you that please apply for the correction of PAN and send the document to NSDL along with the document bearing the name SUSHILA PRAKASH.

I have suggested you this only because it may create problem in case of TDS.

Wait for others reply on the same.
