Pan with different name

Respected Satya Sir,

                             Since the name is different in PAN and Bank A/c, so i would like to suggest you that please apply for the correction of PAN and send the document to NSDL along with the document bearing the name SUSHILA PRAKASH. 

I have suggested you this only because it may create problem in case of TDS.

Wait for others reply on the same.
