Pan verification by pan number

1. By login to incometax-efilling site, if you know password

2. By entering details in challan no. ITR280 online, as if for payment of tax, and by clicking upto Proceed !!!

I have lost my PAN card. I want to apply for the same but i dont have any photocopy. I know my PAN Card number. How to apply.
