One of our clinet(society) has 5 units in different places but units also has taken pan & tan separately without having status u/s 139A of income tax act.
My question is whether unit can take the separte pan & Tan?
if not possible as per act wat we have to suggest them?

You can have a TAN for each place of business but you cannot have different PAN for the single entity.
