PAN reactivation

Recently efiling login is showing PAN is deactivated hence contact AO.  All necessary documents including affidavit etc has been given but AO has say that they dont have any tools to reactivate it rather forwarding the documents received to CPC.  AO has forwarded it but till now issue hasnt resolved. Unable to raise grievance ticket as login is withheld.  Learned members who have come across alike issues kindly respond
