Sir./ Madam, my doubt is one of my frien got married & her intial & Residential Address has been changed. what is the procedure to change the initial in pan card as well as address, wat we should submit for the department & shall we submit the original pan card for change of address & initial.

submit new address proof with address change form and attach xerox copy of pan card
FILE PAN CORRECTION FORM AND MENTIONED THE NAME AND ADDRESS CHANGE WITH PROOF, YOU WILL GET NEW PAN CARD (SAME NUMBER)
