Can any body provide the PAN no of UNISEF. The pan no is required for 80g deduction.

The donation receipt is supposed to contain the PAN of the organisation. Check the official receipt

Dear Sir,
Donation to UNICEF does not qualify for deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. Benefits of deductions under Section 80G are eligible only to charitable organisations registered in India. Being an UN body,donation to UNICEF does not qualify for deduction under Section 80G.
so the contribution made towards any international organization or charities isn't subject to deduction?
Donations to UNICEF or other UN bodies are not eligible for deduction under Section 80G. Section 80G allows deductions for donations made to charitable organizations registered in India.
Section 80G Deduction Categories:
- Donations without any limit: 100% deduction is allowed.
- Donations with 50% deduction: Certain donations are eligible for a 50% deduction.
- No deduction for cash donations above ₹2000.
