so the contribution made towards any international organization or charities isn't subject to deduction?

Donations to UNICEF or other UN bodies are not eligible for deduction under Section 80G. Section 80G allows deductions for donations made to charitable organizations registered in India.

Section 80G Deduction Categories:

• Donations without any limit: 100% deduction is allowed.
• Donations with 50% deduction: Certain donations are eligible for a 50% deduction.
• No deduction for cash donations above ₹2000.
