A Prop. want to open partnership firm with other partner. for this he wants to apply pan card.
pls tell the partnership deed is sufficient to make pan card and whether partnership deed should be attested or notarized by gazatted officer or not.
And pls tell what others document required from partners.
There is no need to attest the partnershipdeed. Only Partnership deed is sufficient for PAN card purpose.
