Log on to https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in
go to profile settings ---> my profile and click on PAN details you can see name as per PAN database
It is available on Incometax website. Open file return online & then choose options accordingly. Name will be autofilled in form.
Get name corrected in UIDAI website and make that name as per PAN. That change happens in few days time, submit upload documents online as case maye. Once that name in Aadhaar is corrected, try linking PAN and Aadhaar. It should get linked.
