Is it possible for my employer to know about my directorship in companies through my PAN as I am barred from taking any such role in while in employment? The company exists prior to my joining the new company as employee.

AGREE ABOVE SAID CCI MEMBER BUT ONE OPTION IS OPEN FOR EMPLOYER , IF WANT CAN APPLY FOR RTI APPLICATION FROM MCA AND GET IT.
