-->> No... Not Compulsory.
(But, In case the firm going to apply any loan then banker's asking registration certificate.

If so what should be written in the space registration no of the firm in the Form 49 A PAN application?

-->> Simply leave it or NA
Affix necessary documents and submit. Not applicable is general term which is used when nothing can be mentioned.
Partnership registration is not compulsory and is at the discretion of the partners whether they want to register the partnership firm or not.

So you can apply for PAN without registration too. Leave registration number of the firm column blank .
Who told it depends on how you run your business

But when you are trying to apply for a pan........... it will ask for a registration number.........

Registration of deed is not mandatory for the same.

An overdraft loan with Kotak Mahindra Bank allows you to withdraw more than your account balance up to an approved limit, providing a flexible short-term borrowing option.
