Query by Mr. DMC -"If a non-resident wants to apply for a PAN card and he does not have an Indian address. Where will the card be mailed?"
Answer - See Mr. DMC there r 2 options as per TIN-NSDL & UTI-TSL:
i) A resident Indian has to represent the NRI for applying 4 a PAN with his Name & Address proof,in that case the appicant would be charged Rs. 67 & the card will b despatched 2 the Representative Assessee,
ii) NRI can apply with a Foreing address as address for communication without any Indian as RA the the card will be despatched in the foreing address and the applicant wil be charged Rs. 717.
